Information on the marks is compiled in good faith and to the best of our knowledge and is based on information we have received from our suppliers. Allergens are mentioned if the named substances or products made from them are contained as an ingredient in the end product. Despite the careful preparation of our dishes, traces of other substances may be present in addition to the marked ingredients, which are used in the production process in the kitchen or are already present as traces in the food delivered.

Our daycare centres are certified by the German Nutrition Society.
The FIT KID certificate confirms that the catering in our canteens complies with the ‘DGE quality standard for catering in daycare centres’.
This ensures that the food is prepared according to the latest findings in nutritional science.
The certification also takes into account factors such as a bright and sufficiently large dining area, child-friendly furniture and fixed meal times.
Annual audits are carried out to ensure ongoing quality.

We have set ourselves the task of creating an optimal, healthy and sustainable catering offer in our daycare centres in accordance with the guidelines of the German Nutrition Society. In cooperation with the daycare centres and our in-house nutritionist for babies and toddlers, we have developed a specific four-season meal plan for our daycare centres.
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are served fresh every day with plenty of seasonal fruit and vegetables and tailored to the nutritional and physiological needs of young children.
