FLINTA* Workshop: Embodiment, Laughter-Coaching, Yoga

Discover your inner joy and flow. Workshop on four tuesdays.

In every day life, we often long for joy, lightheartedness and a connection to our body. The course aims to incorporate these into your life by doing easy excercises.

Language: The course will be held in German but you can participate with just basic German skills.

What you'll learn:

  • Embodiment and yoga exercises for strength and self-confidence
  • Recognising the body as a source of your own strength and vitality
  • Listening to your inner voice and trusting the wisdom of your body
  • Bringing more joy, lightness and play into your life
  • Why inner blockades are the key to your own potential
  • Tangible micro-practices (short exercises)

Laughter relaxes and creates connection with other people. Gelotology (the science of laughter) has found that people feel more comfortable and connected with the other person in any kind of conversation when they are laughing.

Julia Johannsen is trained as a systemic coach, embodiment coach, yoga teacher and laughter trainer.
Her guiding principles: In my courses, I combine the joy of movement with enjoyable mindfulness and a sense of humour.

Accessibility: If you are travelling to the event in a wheelchair or have limited mobility, please send an email to kultur@stw.berlin before the event. Access may not be barrier-free at times, as our lift unfortunately sometimes breaks down. However, if the lift is working, acts in wheelchairs can use your space.
