Managing Stress [Only in German]

Strategies for Staying Calm and Focused in Your Studies

Studying can be tough: exam pressure, deadlines, part-time jobs, high expectations – and sometimes the feeling that you have to juggle everything at once. In our 3-hour stress management workshop, you'll have the chance to explore your stress triggers and learn effective strategies for gaining more calm and clarity.

You'll learn how stress develops, how to recognize important signals, and which tactics can help you manage it. Together, we'll explore how to make your everyday life easier – through quick relaxation and breathing exercises, practical tools for time and self-management, and practices you can directly apply to your study and university routine. There will also be time for sharing, questions, and new perspectives.

This workshop is perfect for you whether you’re already feeling stressed or simply want to learn how to take better care of yourself.

Workshop Topics:

  • What happens during stress – and how to recognize warning signals
  • Identifying your own stress patterns: exercises and self-observation
  • Quick relaxation and breathing techniques, and exercises for staying calm throughout the day
  • Strategies for more realistic time and self-management
  • Sharing common stress triggers in student life
