FLINTA* only: Empowered through Movement & Dance [Only in German]

Connect with your strength

Balancing care responsibilities, academic demands and a world shaped by conflict and injustice can leave many FLINTA* people feeling exhausted, powerless and disconnected from their own strength.
Finding the energy to move from exhaustion into action is not always easy. The good news is that our bodies can help.
Body and mind are closely connected. When we feel drained, our bodies often become tired and low in energy. By reconnecting with our bodies through movement, we can also regain a sense of strength, confidence and vitality.
In this workshop, we will explore and practise these skills through movement invitations and free dance. Together, we will activate our sources of strength, explore different qualities and intensities of movement, and discover how to reconnect with our inner resources whenever we need them.
We will dance together in our own individual ways, without any pressure to perform.
You are the expert on your own body. This workshop honours that. You are always welcome to adapt the exercises or simply take a break whenever that feels right for you.
FLINTA* only. We especially welcome TINA* people and everyone whose body does not fit societal norms.

No previous dance experience is needed. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore your body and your own sources of strength.
