Tabeo Hartig

FLINTA* only: Grounded through Movement & Dance [Only in German]

Feel your emotions and find your ground

The world is full of conflict and injustice. At the same time, we are expected to keep up with work and our studies. As a result, our nervous system is often in a constant state of alert, making it difficult to truly rest and recover.
We all need moments to slow down, recharge and build resilience. The good news is that our bodies can help us do exactly that.
Body and mind are closely connected. When we feel stressed, our bodies become tense and activated. When we release physical tension and reconnect with our bodies, our minds can also begin to relax.
In this workshop, we will explore and practise these skills through movement invitations and free dance. Together, we will explore the space between activation and rest and discover what helps each of us return to a sense of balance.
You are the expert on your own body. This workshop honours that. You are always welcome to adapt the exercises or simply take a break whenever that feels right for you.
FLINTA* only. We especially welcome TINA* people and everyone whose body does not fit societal norms.

No previous dance experience is needed. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore your body and your breath. We will dance together in our own individual ways, without pressure to perform.
