CultureTrip: Exploring the Night Sky at the Observatory

Astronomy Live: Starry Night at the Archenhold Observatory

Join us for a student excursion to the Archenhold Observatory in Berlin and explore the fascinating world of stars, planets, and galaxies. The English-language live event Starry Night offers engaging insights into astronomy and the current night sky in Berlin. This event is a great opportunity to experience science in an accessible and entertaining way. Ideal for curious students interested in space and natural sciences or for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city for a while. 🌌

Note:

  • Please note: The location for this event is the Archenhold Observatory (Alt-Treptow 1, Berlin) and not the Berlin Planetarium.
  • Unfortunately, the Archenhold Observatory is not fully accessible. There is an elevator for access to the museum, but there is no elevator to the planetarium.
  • The event will be held in English.

The Kulturwerk Berlin, part of studierendenWERK BERLIN, regularly organizes a variety of excursions and tours for students during the lecture period. These activities are a great opportunity to discover new things together with other students at a low cost and to make new contacts.
