OPEN CALL: Film it! extended 2025
Register your film team for the short film competition and win up to €500.
In the competition, student film teams take on the task of producing a short film. The theme and three mandatory elements will be announced on 15 December 2025 at 5 p.m. in the online kick-off meeting.
Teams can register until the kick-off day, 15 December 2025, at 1 p.m. Registration will close after the deadline or as soon as 18 registrations have been received.
Each team will receive an expense allowance of €75, provided that the conditions of participation are met.
The finished films must be submitted online by 11 p.m. on 8 February 2026.
The screening and award ceremony will take place on 20 February 2026 at 7 p.m. at Freiraum. The audience will award three prizes with a total value of €1,000.
1st prize: €500
2nd prize: €300
3rd prize: €200
