Ready to immerse yourself in a new world full of glitter and creativity?
Drag is a game with gender and gender expression - for example through make-up, but also through clothing and appearance. Do you do drag or have you always wanted to try it out? Come to our workshop!
In this workshop, we want to discover and try out together with you how you can develop your own drag look with make-up. There are no rules - we're all born naked and the rest is drag! Whether masculine, feminine, androgynous or completely different - there are no limits to your creativity. The workshop leaders will give you theoretical and practical knowledge about various products and support you with tips and inspiration from their own experience as drag artists.
You don't need any previous experience and everyone is welcome. However, we reserve the right to exclude people with disrespectful behaviour towards other participants.
We will provide sanitised make-up and a couple of mirrors to borrow. You are also welcome to bring your own materials - and if you feel like it, an outfit so that you can admire the whole look at the end!
The workshop will be held in German and/or English. If you have any questions about accessibility or other uncertainties, please get in touch with us.
The Freiraum can be used barrier-free. Please contact us in advance (kultur@stw.berlin) so that we can open the barrier-free rear entrance and lift.
