Berlin’s universities are happy to have you – especially if you’ve had to leave your home country or come from a conflict zone. There are lots of offers to help you settle in and get started.

What’s available?
You can take part in language courses or join special programs to prepare for university life. There are also scholarships and support to help you apply for them. And if you’ve got questions or just need someone to talk to – there’s dedicated advising for people with a refugee background.
