Program student
For the promotion of scholarships/exchange programmes, the studierendenWERK BERLIN has a procedure in place for the preferential allocation of housing for foreign students.
The universities and colleges in Berlin have concluded contingent agreements with studierendenWERK. Programme students should apply either to the German Academic Exchange Service or to the International Office of their university. Places are allocated after receipt of the application.
As soon as you have received confirmation from your university that you are eligible for a contingent place, we will need to collect your personal data.

The first step, however, is to contact your host university. You can find out who your contact person is at the respective university in the following list.
