Share a room in a hall of residence
Letting people live with you in the hall of residcence is possible. Only the operating costs change.
Share fairly
Berlin students who already live in a hall of residence of studierendenWERK BERLIN and who have sufficiently large single room or stay in a flat and want to share this fairly with a fellow student can do so.
The prerequisite is that the admission has been previously agreed upon with the dormitory administration. For this, please contact the Mieterbetreuung (030- 93939 8890 or Mieterbetreuung@stw.berlin).
The rent for the room remains unchanged in such a case, only for the second person an operating cost surcharge of 75 Euro/month has to be paid.
