In case of an emergency outside the working hours of our janitors, e.g. heating failure, pipe break, power failure, or if you have problems opening your door, please call this company:

Please tell them the name of the halls of residence and you VO-number / room number.
Please call the emergency service only in cases of emergency! Only cases that cannot be postponed will be dealt with.
If the services of the company are used without the existence of an emergency situation, the tenant must bear the costs themselves.
If you lock yourself out of your room or you lose your key, you will be responsible for the cost of an emergency door opening.
