Your personal BAföG handlers

Here you will find the contact details of your personal case handler and the link to make an online appointment at your local BAföG office if you need special advice (change of subject, proof of performance, income update, exceeding the maximum funding period, second degree).

Telephone consultation hours for case handlers:
Wed. - Fri.: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Please submit your BAföG application in advance via BAföG digital (only in German) if you have not already done so.

You can upload follow-up applications and documents conveniently and securely online via your user area in BAföG digital (only in German) or via our upload portal (only in German).

If you would like to submit something in person, please use our external mailbox (BAföG office, Behrenstr. 40/41, 10117 Berlin).
