11. Conditions of service and evidence

From the fifth semester BAföG funding is only paid after a performance review. In addition to the funding application, you must also submit a proof of performance necessary.

Form: If the positive proof of achievement is received by the office at the end of the 3rd semester within the first four months of the fourth semester (July 31.07st / January 31.01st) (receipt stamp of the studierendenWERKs counts), that is enough for further funding.

There is positive evidence:

If at least 90 LPs have been achieved by the end of the 3rd semester or 120 LPs by the end of the 4th semester or the total number of LPs determined by the BAföG representative of the department and communicated to the office has been achieved (e.g. proof by printout from campus management /Agnes) or
that signed by the BAföG representative Form 5 confirms that you have provided the usual service. Isn't that until July 31.07st? / 31.01. possible, you must wait for the end of the semester and submit positive proof at the end of the 4th semester. If no positive evidence is provided, there are options to receive further funding. However, you should definitely seek advice from the staff at the BAföG office.

The Office for Training Funding may allow the certificate of suitability to be presented at a later date if there are facts that probably justify exceeding the maximum funding period at a later date. As such, e.g. B. consider:

serious reasons e.g. B. Illness, failing a (module) exam
Corona-related reasons
Committee activity
a disability
a pregnancy/birth or the care/education of a child under 14 years of age
