Between Freedom and Overwhelm [Only in German]
Learning to Manage Studies, Deadlines and Money with ADHD
Starting university marks a new chapter in life, offering more freedom, but also demanding more responsibility. Whether you live in a shared flat, on your own, or at your parents’ place, the to-do list keeps growing. Adulting can be exciting, but it is equally challenging because it’s not just about knowing what needs to be done, but actually following through in your daily routine.
With ADHD, this gap often feels even wider. Invisible hurdles make it harder to take action, keep track of things, and complete tasks on time.
In this workshop, you will learn where these difficulties stem from and how to create an environment that truly supports you. Understanding is the foundation for change.
In a subsequent digital session, we will deepen what you’ve learned together and work on your own practical examples – realistic, concrete, and in exchange with others.
