Writing as a Tool for Self-Care

Studying Without Stress and Self-Doubt [only in German]

Stress, self-doubt, and the feeling of never achieving enough – many students are all too familiar with these thoughts. In this workshop, we will use creative writing to organize thoughts, reflect on feeling overwhelmed, and develop new perspectives.

Through simple writing exercises on topics like impostor syndrome and mental load, we will create a space for sharing, relief, and self-care. This is not about "good writing," but about understanding yourself better.

No prior experience is required. You are welcome to bring your own writing materials. If you already use a journal or notebook, feel free to bring that along as well.
