Building resilience and - mastering challenges [Only in German]

University life challenges us on a daily basis: exam stress, pressure to perform, strict deadlines for academic projects and financial uncertainty probably sound familiar to you. On top of that, family obligations and the strain of a part-time job may add to this load. In the midst of these demands, it becomes crucial to develop strategies to strengthen your mental stability.

In this workshop we will learn techniques to conquer the various challenges during your studies. For that we will develop a more mindful attitude towards your studies, lifetime, personal boundaries and our responsibility towards our mental health.

Join us to find out how a benevolent and resilient attitude can help you overcome challenges, embrace your potential and build a positive relationship towards yourself.
