Why is storytelling especially effective in the job application process? It’s simple: An intriguing story can build a bridges people – be it in interviews, motivational letters or LinkedIn. A story awakens interest, is memorable and it shows who you really are – not only what you’ve done.

But how do I specifically use storytelling in my application? Which method helps me to tell my experience and strengths in a way that is both authentic and convincing.

Maybe you’re thinking: “But I’m not good at it!” Don’t panic – that’s the point. Storytelling is not a talent, but a trainable skill – just like juggling or playing guitar. You only need the right techniques and a bit of practice.
