Studying successfully with ADHD
Strategies and techniques (2 days) [only in German]
In this workshop, we want to talk about typical pitfalls that students with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) face during their studies.
After a short introduction to the topic, you will learn techniques to structure your daily studying routine and to divide your time in a useful way, so that you can regain motivation and learn more effectively.
We will use psychotherapeutic counselling methods as well as insights of motivational psychology and mindfulness. In addition, we will exchange about lifehacks to make studying with ADHS easier.
Content:
Thu., 5th February:
- A short look at theoretical basic
- Task organization and time management
Fri., 6th February:
- Concentration training and handling loss of focus
- Motivational problems and procrastination
Please note:
- Since the second day will build on the content that was covered on the first day, it is only possible to participate on both dates (not separately). Please check your availability before signing up.
- You are also welcome if you do not have an official ADHD diagnosis, but suspect that you are affected by it.
