The Way out of Loneliness

Alone? Yes. Lonely? You don’t have to be. [Only in German]

Do you sometimes feel lonely even when you are surrounded by people? Don’t worry, you are not alone. Especially when you’re studying or new to a city, it’s completely normal not to be out and about with friends every day. But when loneliness weighs heavily on you, it’s important to be able to deal with it.

This workshop is for all students who want to gain a better understanding of their feelings of loneliness and actively counteract them.

Together, we will look at what loneliness actually is, why it arises, and what you can do to find it easier to approach others again.

With practical exercises, opportunities for exchange, and a psychologist by your side, you will find ways to feel better – with yourself and with others.

What you can expect:

  • What is the difference between loneliness and being alone?
  • Why do I feel lonely?
  • Consequences of loneliness
  • Practical exercises for connection
  • Training to actively overcome loneliness

The workshop provides a relaxed space for sharing experiences, trying things out, and taking new ideas home with you.
