Recognizing and Consciously Using Autistic Strenghts [Only in German]

Workshop for students on the autism spectrum - including AuDHD

Autistic individuals often bring unique strengths to the table, such as loyalty, creativity, or reliability. Sensitivity and empathy can also be part of this. In this workshop, we invite you to expand upon this list and discover your own strengths.

In a small group, we will explore autistic and AuDHD traits that bring you joy. Our discussion may include the following questions:

  •  Which of your autistic traits do you like, regardless of whether they serve a specific purpose?
  •  What are your strengths, both individually and within a community?
  •  How can autistic abilities and work habits be integrated into everyday (academic) life?

In the second part of the workshop, we will look at what each person needs to access and maintain these abilities. The goal is for everyone to leave the workshop with an individual "strengths reminder."

This workshop is intended as an Empowerment Circle. You are very welcome to attend even if you only suspect you might be on the autism spectrum.

There will be a break during the session. Listening is perfectly fine at any time; no one will be required to speak at any specific moment.

You are welcome to bring your fidget toys, if they are not too loud.
