Agile Methods for Your Self-Management [Only in German]
From To-Do to Done
It’s frustrating: You finally decide to tackle your coursework, but get derailed again. Instead of starting the day productively, many students fall prey to procrastination or perfectionism. But why?
In this workshop, we will take a look at 10 typical reasons that prevent us from taking action. You get to explore which of these are relevant to you. For each of these reasons, you will be given practical agile principles and techniques - easy to understand and easy to use, such as:
- Pair “programming”
- “Cutting up stories”
- Clarifying expectations
- “Act-inspect-adapt” loop
and many more.
In the end, you will select 2-3 techniques to help you tackle your tasks more successfully in the future.
For whom?
The workshop is designed for anyone who tends to procrastinate – be it learning, writing or any other project. You do not need to know anything about project management or programming - the principles can be transferred to any context.
What can you expect?
Instead of dry theory, there will be short inputs, practical exercises and exchange with other participants – so that you can try out the methods directly and adapt them to your needs.
