This will make it easier, quicker and more reliable for you to communicate with us in future and gain an insight into daily life at the centre. The app provides you, as a parent or guardian, with all the important information and dates at any time and helps you organise your daily routine. At the same time, it makes many tasks easier for our educational staff, leaving them more time for the children.
The app allows you to easily and securely record arrival and departure times, as well as your child’s participation in activities.
If you wish, you as a parent or guardian can also actively use the app – for this, we require your consent to use the CARE app.
The CARE App offers you, amongst other things:
- Up-to-date information on activities at the centre (e.g. trips)
- Direct, child-specific communication between the centre and parents
- Easy organisation of drop-off and pick-up
- Reporting of illnesses and planned absences (e.g. holidays)
- Setting up collection authorisations (e.g. “May go home with XY”, “May be collected by Grandma”)
- Documentation of the children’s development, for example through photos
Important: The app complements our communication but does not replace face-to-face conversations – particularly when it comes to confidential or more complex matters.
