What can I expect at the first appointment?

What can I expect at the first appointment? Please report to the office about 10-15 minutes before the first appointment.

There you will receive a registration form.

The counsellor will meet you in the waiting area.

The interview will then take place with the counsellor and the further procedure will be discussed together.

As a rule, the counselling session lasts 50 minutes.
