9. How do I plan a time abroad?

A semester abroad is a sensible and exciting option for gaining experience and language skills abroad.

Those who already receive inclusion services in Berlin, e.g. in the form of study assistance, can apply to studierendenWERK BERLIN for this support for semesters abroad.
However, existing services at the host university and scholarships for stays abroad must be prioritised. In order to be granted inclusion services during a study abroad programme, a recommendation of the stay abroad in your study regulations is necessary.
