Residence hall tutors Sewanstraße

Hello!
Mein Name ist Tara Mianji, ich bin Tutorin in der Sewanstraße.
I am 28 years old, a painter and currently studying fine arts at the Weißensee University of Applied Sciences.
I have been living in Germany since October 2019 and am originally from Iran. That's why I speak Persian, English and German.
I'm passionate about cinema and one of my biggest hobbies is definitely watching films and making short films, or at least trying to :)
That's why I'd like to plan activities that involve movies, such as a trip to an open-air cinema.
Other interests of mine include board games and group games like Mafia (Werewolf).
I would like to organize fun and helpful events every month so that we can all get to know each other well and enjoy a social student life.
I will be there for you if you have any questions, such as: how things work in our dorm, where you can find a doctor (who also speaks English) or where the post office is. And if, like me, you are an international student abroad and have any questions or difficulties in this regard, please feel free to contact me. I know it can be difficult and confusing, but know that you are not alone!

Auf jeden Fall möchte ich dazu beitragen, dass Euer Leben in der Sewanstraße einfacher und schöner wird.

Hello 😊

ich bin Leonie und seit Januar 2024 Wohnheimtutorin in der Sewanstraße.
I look forward to getting to know you and organizing events for the dorm community. I am there for you if you have any questions about dormitories and living and studying in Berlin.

About me: Before I started studying fashion design at the Htw in Berlin, I lived in Krefeld, a city in western Germany. In addition to my native German, I speak English and French. In my free time I enjoy going bouldering with friends, painting, sewing and gardening.

I particularly appreciate meeting new people from all over the world in our dormitory. In the future I would like to organize many different events, for example game evenings, creative afternoons, short hikes, table football tournaments or badminton games.
All events will be announced via the Telegram group and in the building entrances.
