Special note:
According to the founders' guidelines, rental agreements may only be concluded with students at the Technical University of Berlin.
Allocation of free rooms:
In this dormitory, the existing shared apartment chooses the new tenants themselves when rooms become available. This is done through a casting process. The InfoCenter Wohnen informs 20 people on the waiting list about a free room. The students network with each other independently and get to know each other. A selected person then receives the rental agreement.
