Dorm portal - How can I use it?

Registration:

Have you applied for a place in a dormitory with us? Then you will have received your access data for the dormitory portal with your confirmation of your application. Register now easily with your email address and password. In exceptional cases it may take up to two days until you receive your password. Please have some patience. 

Have you successfully applied or are you already living with us? 

You can do all of this in your portal:

  • Send messages with requests for changes to the application
  • Upload your enrollment certificate or other documents
  • Request documents
  • View contract
  • Terminate or extend contract
  • Submit a relocation application
  • Send damage reports

Why can I not login?

Make sure that the spelling of your email address matches that in the dorm application. Check your password entry.
