Berlin students who are already in a dormitory studierendenWERKIf you live in a sufficiently large single room in BERLIN and want to share it fairly with a fellow student, you can do so.
The prerequisite is that the admission has been agreed upon in advance with tenant support. To do this, please contact tenant support (030- 93939 8890 or Tenant support@stw.berlin).
In such a case, the rent for the room remains unchanged, only an operating cost surcharge of 75 euros/month has to be paid for the second person.
