On-call service for blockages, heating, plumbing, electrical and locking systems outside of caretaker working hours.
Should it outside If an emergency occurs during the caretaker's working hours, such as a heating failure, burst pipe, power outage or if you have problems unlocking your door, please call the following company:

On the phone, please state the name of your dormitory and your VO number/room number!
The on-call service is only in Emergencies to call. Only problems that cannot be postponed will be resolved!
If the company's services are used without an emergency, the tenant must do so bear the costs yourself.
If you lock yourself out of your room or lose your key, you will be responsible for the costs of emergency door opening yourself.
