We use green electricity from 100% renewable energies. In many canteens we use Direct Digital Control systems (DDC) to optimally control the building management system. The most modern kitchen technology such as pressure cooking vessels and combi steamers are also used for “low temperature cooking” overnight. This maintains the quality of the products and protects the environment. Modern, environmentally friendly dishwashing technology is now standard equipment in all facilities. We also largely use biodegradable cleaning agents and the latest dosing technology in the kitchens.
