The daily changing menu is supplemented by seasonal vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as fresh fruit, various salads, starters and desserts, depending on the size of the establishment. We only use fish from sustainable catches. We consciously avoid genetically modified and glutamate-containing foods in our dishes, as well as largely avoid unnecessary preservatives and colorings.

The Diversity Our selection allows all guests, including those who can only eat certain foods due to allergies or special diets, to find something for themselves. In addition to the professional handling of food, the basis of our quality management is the legal requirements and hygiene regulations. Food of high quality and freshness is processed in modern kitchens.
