3. Our pedagogical principles

We offer the children a variety of age-appropriate experiences that challenge them to take their own initiative. The educators accompany the children in their learning processes by showing ways in which they can expand their skills. The pedagogical action is guided by the following principles:

• With us, children have plenty of time and space to play.
• With us, children are active designers of their learning environment and living environment.
• With us, children can develop a variety of forms of expression and have individual experiences.
• We sensitize children to recognize their own needs and those of others. 
• With us, children are given opportunities to participate in decision-making and learn to represent their interests.
• We support children in their individual personality development.
• With us, children can research and discover the world.
