How did you get your training position?

I came across the training through a recommendation from a friend and immediately tried my luck with an application.

What did you expect from your training and did your wishes come true?

I expected competent and instructive training. Since I've only been here for 6 months, I can't say yet whether my wishes will come true.

What tasks did you particularly enjoy during your training? Were there any things you didn't like doing so much?

What I enjoy most is cutting different foods and learning the corresponding cutting techniques. However, I also really enjoy seasoning and making different dishes.
