Children who grow up with addicted parents can experience severe psychological stress. They often take on responsibilities too early, which affects their development and can lead to fear, shame and guilt.
Despite outwardly conforming behavior, they struggle with internal conflicts and often have difficulty maintaining relationships later in life, do not know how to deal with the strong need for control that arose in childhood and are still faced with the challenge of dealing with the (former) addicted parent as adults .

Our group offers a safe place to talk about these experiences, find support and develop coping strategies together.

Many people are familiar with the phenomenon of feeling uneasy when they have to appear in front of a group.
A little excitement can be helpful for concentration and success.
However, if the fear becomes too strong, it often becomes very stressful for those affected.
With short inputs, relaxation exercises, various methods to make speaking easier and practicing in small steps, we tackle it and get you on the right path to changing that.

After initially falling in love, all couples find themselves at some point in everyday life, which can be characterized by many demands and stress, especially during studies.
Whether the relationship can be integrated into everyday life and the partners feel happy depends largely on successful communication.

In our Group for couples We want to find out specifically which type of exchange is more helpful and which is more of a hindrance.
In this way, everyday life can be mastered together more harmoniously.

Exams are assessment situations that are usually accompanied by a certain amount of nervousness and fear. However, the intensity of exam anxiety can become so strong during preparation and the exam situation that it limits the quality of life, prevents the possibility of good preparation and/or leads to poor exam results despite good knowledge.

In our group, participants can deal with their own fears, learn to understand them better and learn coping strategies for dealing with their fears.
