Filming in or about studierendenWERK BERLIN is generally possible. A decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Projects of students that take place as part of their studies will be supported as far as possible.
Media reports and reports in studierendenWERK are possible; the studierendenWERK BERLIN makes a decision on this at its own discretion.
Facilities of studierendenWERK can be rented as locations for feature films. A decision will be made within the framework of the available possibilities and the expected requirements (script, etc.).

As a student group or individual, you are planning a project or want to work on a specific topic? studierendenWERK BERLIN should support you in this?
In accordance with its legal mandate, studierendenWERK BERLIN takes care of the social, health, economic and cultural support of students in Berlin. Ask us whether your project has an intersection with our tasks. Then support is possible under certain circumstances.
Sponsoring is not permitted for studierendenWERK BERLIN.

At studierendenWERK BERLIN advertising and information are only permitted on the designated areas.
- Digital frames in the canteens, foyers, waiting areas ("Campus TV"),
- Print frames, illuminated columns etc. including displays in containers provided for this purpose,
- Promotion and information stands in foyers
Digital information/advertising is generally preferable to the distribution of print media such as brochures and newspapers. The content and form of the advertising/information must comply with the regulations of the General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz - AGG).
- Party political advertising,
- Advertising for religions, world views,
- Discriminatory advertising,
- Advertising for alcohol, nicotine and addictive substances,
- Advertising for military products/armour including employer advertising for positions in the field of development, research and use of weapons.
Commercial advertising space is marketed centrally by a service provider commissioned by the studierendenWERK BERLIN. This is currently the company Campus-Direkt Deutschland GmbH. In addition to the earnings from commissions, the transfer of administrative tasks (e.g. avoiding flyer displays on canteen tables, wild postering, unauthorised advertising) is an essential objective of the long-term contract.
Advertising by universities and student associations:
For cooperating universities and student associations recognised by the universities, the use of digital advertising media and stand space for information on non-commercial content close to the university is free of charge. Please contact the Public Relations Department of studierendenWERK BERLIN.
