Give yourself a break from the constant digital noise while eating in the cafeteria — and make room for what’s happening around you.

Maybe a conversation starts naturally.
Maybe you simply enjoy your meal for once without scrolling at the same time.
Especially at university, you can be surrounded by an incredible number of people and still sometimes feel alone. Real connections don’t have to start with anything big. Sometimes, all it takes is a glance, a question, or sharing a meal.
The idea is a little like Earth Hour: Many people consciously switch off for a limited period of time. Not because one hour alone can change the world — but because switching off together creates awareness and shows that there is another way. And that’s exactly what this is about, too: Being offline together for a moment — and noticing more of what is happening right in front of us.
