A team of German and non-German students who have been living in Berlin for some time and can pass on their experiences to the residents of the student accommodations
Residents can get in touch with the tutors whenever
- they have questions about the living in the dormitory
- they have further unanswered questions
- there is any problem with a housemate
- they want to get accustomed to Berlin and/or Germany.
The tutors organize a variety of events in the residences, for example brunchs, gaming evenings, walks in the neighbourhood, country evenings, barbecues and many more. This makes it a lot easier for students to get to know each other and new housemates get contacts.
There were more than 50 events offered in the year 2016 and more than 2,000 students who participated.
They are coordinated by Nathalie Nicol of the department Culture and International Affairs.
Please note: Nathalie Nicol and the residence tutors are not responsible for the letting of apartments and rooms but for helping and answering questions of students who already live in our residence halls. If you need information about the letting please contact the residence administration.
