Vom Tagtraum zum Traumtag - The Poetry-Slam-Workshop [Only in German]
Can keywords box? How to pack a suitcase word? What rhymes with the word human? In the Poetry Slam Workshop, language artist Bas Böttcher gives insights into his sentence construction kit and shows how to use text tricks to invent your own pieces and turn ideas into reality. The workshop is in German!
Poetry Slam is the art of inspiring, enthralling and surprising an audience with words. Fun and creativity are more important than perfection.
What stupid misunderstandings lurk in the language? How does a love poem sound in Denglish? Can words stumble or play hide and seek? The Poetry Slam provides the answer.
You decide whether beatbox, poetry, rap or comedy techniques should be used!
If you are interested in music lyrics, theatre or your own Youtube blog, the Poetry Slam Workshop is the perfect place for you.
Content of the workshop:
1. Get to know the topic of Poetry Slam and find your own ideas for texts
2. Playful exploration of stylistic devices and forms of expression for the stage
3. Writing texts - together in a group or individually
4. Improve stage performance and presentation (preparation of presentation)
5. Practical implementation of the texts in the context of a workshop-internal final presentation. (With audio recording as MP3)
The MP3-recordings of the resulting texts will give you a lasting memory of the workshop. (Previous pieces from my workshops can be found here: www.poetenplanet.de)
