CultureTrip: Time Travel
Visit to the Lutherhaus & the All Saints‘ Church in Wittenberg
Discover with us the historic Wittenberg, the home of Martin Luther and the cradle of the Reformation in Germany. On a city walk through the beautiful historic old town we follow together in Luther's footsteps and visit the All Saints‘ Church, where the famous Ninety-five Theses were hung in 1517, and the Lutherhaus, which was once the home of the reformer and today is the largest museum of Reformation history in the world.
The CultureTrip includes the following program (subject to change):
- Joint train ride to Wittenberg (travel time: 1:30 h)
- City tour through Wittenberg with a visit to the Lutherhaus and the All Saints‘ Church (ca. 2,5 h) with guided tour in English
- Joint return journey to Berlin (travel time: 1:30 h)
This CultureTrip is fully booked. Registrations are not any longer possible.
The Office for Cultural & International Affairs (Büro für Kultur und Internationales) of the studierendenWERK BERLIN regularly organizes a variety of trips and tours for students during the lecture period. These activities are a great opportunity to discover new things together with other students at a reasonable price and to make new contacts.
