FULLY BOOKED: Course: Urban Sketching

In this course you can enjoy the sun, create works of art and develop artistically at the same time. The course starts on June 1st and runs weekly until June 22nd.

In this course you will learn the basics of urban sketching, an artistic technique that uses the city as inspiration for your sketchbook. The focus is on quickly sketching urban scenes, people and architecture. In a voluntary warm-up phase, we practice together quickly recognizing and grasping connected shapes and shadows. After that, there will be longer time intervals in which you can engage with your surroundings more deeply through drawing. The course leader Maja Hübener is always happy to answer questions and give tips.

When: Every Thursday, June 1st – June 22nd from 16:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m

Treffpunkt: Info point in the foyer of the TU cafeteria (Hardenbergstraße 34, 10623 Berlin)
