Further information

With the Max Kade House international student centre, studierendenWERK BERLIN operates a special kind of student residence for international exchange students: a residence that is unique in all of Germany.

The Max Kade Haus International Student Centre (ISB) is a student residence for advanced students and young academics who come from the countries of the former four Allies. A comprehensive cultural program is offered to residents of the ISB, bringing them closer to German and European culture, deepening their knowledge and helping them get in touch with their own interests. The program includes, among other things, author lectures, discussions with politicians, excursions to architecturally and/or historically prominent cities as well as presentations by the students of the ISB on their various research areas.

Residence tutors

The student residence tutors are part of a team of German and non-German students who have been living in Berlin for some time and can pass on their experiences to the residents of the student accommodations. Residents can always get in touch with the tutors.

The following people are there for you at the ISB Student Residence.
