Residence Theodor-Heuss-Platz (International Study Centre Berlin)

Eligibility and selection of tenants:

• Master students who are enrolled at a state university in Berlin – preferably with the right to award a doctorate – and who pay a social contribution to the studierendenWERK BERLIN in accordance with the Social Contribution Ordinance (SozVO) are entitled to live in the halls of the International Study Centre Berlin.
• Scholarship holders* of the Berlin House of Representatives and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation with student status may deviate from this rule.
• The regular term of tenancy is 2 semesters.

• Centrally located in the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf
• Very good transport connections with U-Bahn, S-Bahn and bus
• Shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity
