In this workshop, we want to talk about typical pitfalls that students with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) face during their studies.
After a short introduction to the topic, you will learn techniques to structure your daily studying routine and to divide your time in a useful way, so that you can regain motivation and learn more effectively.
We will use psychotherapeutic counselling methods as well as insights of motivational psychology and mindfulness. In addition, we will exchange about lifehacks to make studying with ADHS easier.
