AI consultation hour for academic papers

What do I need to consider when using AI for academic papers?
Which AI writing tools are more recommendable to some extent than others, and why?
And how does generative AI actually work?
If you have these or similar questions, you are welcome to visit the AI consultation hour!

On every last Friday of the month, you can ask questions about your writing process connected to AI. Participants without prior experience are also welcome! At the beginning of the consultation hour, we will first collect all questions and then decide on a main focus. (Depending on the amount of participants, we cannot guarantee that all questions can be answered.)

Please note that you retain full responsibility for your writing project at all times, including all decisions connected to it. You also need to clarify the usage of AI as a support tool according to your examination regulations within your course of studies.
