AI for my Job Application [Only in German]

Applying for jobs can be exhausting – which is why AI applications are often hyped as the "application turbo."

However, using AI also comes with some challenges: we share personal information with AI tools, and at the same time, these tools can use a lot of resources.

On the other hand, employers are already using AI for candidate selection...

But there’s a safer and more effective way!

• Effective: How do employers use AI in the application process – and what should we be aware of?
• Effective: Which AI tools are suitable for each stage of the application process? How can AI support us best and most effectively when preparing our resume, cover letter, and job interview?
• Safe: How do we protect our personal data? Which AI tools are data-efficient? How can we recognize unreliable tools, and what settings should we adjust?
• Safe: How do we deal with AI's "errors" so that they don't harm us?

The goal of the workshop is to help you develop your personal AI strategy for job applications.

Some prior experience with AI applications is desired.

The workshop will be held online, so a stable internet connection is required. Interaction is encouraged, but not mandatory.

You will be guided by an experienced career consultant, who will provide you with tips and tricks.
