Body and Mind

Finding Balance under Stress

Stress doesn‘t only happen in our thoughts – it also affects our body, emotions and behavior.
This group offers a space to better understand your individual stress responses and explore practical ways of dealing with them.
Each of the five sessions combines psychological input with evidence-based exercises, including breathing, grounding, body awareness, mindfulness, gentle movement and relaxation techniques, as well as space for reflection and exchange within the group.
No level of fitness, flexibility or previous experience is required.
The focus is on exploring what works for you and building a personal toolkit for navigating stress in everyday life.
All exercises are invitations and can be adapted to your individual needs.
