Better together

Experience genuine connection in times of separation

We live in a world overflowing with information, all competing for our attention and often leaving us feeling more disconnected than ever. It is easy to miss what is right in front of us. We simply need to slow down enough to listen to our own wisdom and feel the connection that is already there.

In this three-hour workshop, you won't be lectured at or overwhelmed with slides. Instead, you'll go on an experiential journey to remember what you already know and build true connection with others regardless of what makes us different.

What to Expect
• Flow Meditation: A vocal and active group meditation to ground us and open us up for flow.
• The Inner Commons: An exploration of the shared human experiences that unite us despite our differences.
• Creative Collaging: Using magazines and mixed media, we will visually map and tap into the deep, authentic connections we truly desire.

About the trainer: Taylor Coburn moved to Berlin in 2011 and studied in two international programs. One thing she battled with for a long time was feeling alone. Friendships would come and go depending on the program or job she had and she often found herself wishing for something that lasted longer and went deeper. During the pandemic she started exploring and looking for answers. Eventually, she learned that the key to feeling connected was inside of herself all along. Now she shares this perspective with others to initiate their own process of building healthy and lasting connection - inside and out!
